1997 Ford Thunderbird OBD Trouble Codes Detected

I've got a 97 T-bird giving me the following trouble codes: PO135, PO136, PO141, PO 155, and PO161.

P0161= 02 sensor heater circuit malfunction, bank 2 sensor 2.
P0135= 02 sensor heater circuit malfunction, bank 1 sensor 1.
All the other codes are O2 codes as well. It's probably a wire shorting out, or the connector at the PCM or the PCM.
