Without any warning, clock is dark, Heating/cooling controls do not work, temperature display is dark, AND the blower fan is running full speed (despite all controls being off. What happened? How to fix?

I had simnilar electrical problems, unfortunately to fix themn I had to replace the under dash fuse box and the power distribution box. There is a 30 fuse inside a black clip beside teh main dash fuse panel. It is linked to the heater and blower, check it. Also there is a blower resistor switch, which is just three coils to adjust voltage, mine was bad and caused my heater to stop working. There are two screws after you remove the glovebox that pulls it right out and it only costs about 25 bucks to replace. Good Luck.
