Electrical problem
1996 Ford Thunderbird V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I have been having a real problem with my car. I really need help to figure this out. The issue that it is having is keeping the battery charged. Last night I was only driving about 16 miles and before I got home the car died. I have put 4 different alternators on the car and had the battery tested several times. This morning I put in a new alternator and had the battery tested. I also replaced the plug that goes into the regulator and had the wire for the voltage redone so that it connects properly. I also checked the fuses and they all seem good. My serpentine belt is bad, but I was told that it would not cause the car to do this. What else could be causing this problem?

If both fuses the mega 175amp and no. 11 15amp are okay and you got power going to the alternator at the black and orange and also the yellow and white-the problem is in between the alty and the ignition switch thru the charge indiactor which is the red and light green. See diagram-Good luck
