DO I HAVE TO CHANGE THE WHOLE SET OF BRAKE LINES,FRONT TO BACK OR CAN I CHANGE THE BAD SECTION WITH NEW PIECES BRAKE LINE AND COMPRESSION FITTINGS?

With steel lines, I recommend you replace the entire line and not splice them together. As we all know, splices can leak and that isn't a component you want to have trouble with.
