When I'm going slow (under 25mph) I hear a slight squeaking sound when I turn the wheel slightly to the left. There's no sound on wide turns, only when the wheel turns a few inches. The noise sounds like it's coming from up by the engine or wheels. I checked the power steering and brake fluid and both are near full. What could be the cause of this?

First likely cause is lower ball joints, second front wheel bearing hub, third bushings on front suspension. If the noise is a quick click or squel maybe one or two times as you turn these are likely the cause-mine did the same
