1995 Ford Thunderbird radiator cooling fan malfunction

Cooling fan only works with the air on, its been in the shop 4 times and a ew computor module (brain) and a fuel pump were installed. That fixed the stalling at 45mph with the engine not able to start and the cooling fan and the inside heater blower fan would run continusly until the key was turned off

4 times in the repair shop $1200.00 spent a knew comp. Module (brain) would fix the problems that ars happening but knew one s pop up one after the other, like there being purposly created at the repair shop
