1993 Ford Thunderbird Acceloration

The other day I had my car in the shop where they installed a new clutch fan and serviced the transmission (changes fluid and filter etc.) For the first time. Now I don't feel like the car accelerates as fast as it used to. What could cause this?

Recheck the transmission could be slipping
