1988 Ford Thunderbird engine low output and stalling

I have a gt40 upper and lowe intakes with the 98 explorer fuel injectoers I put the stock injectors back in after the 1s that were in there started flooding my engine so. After I replaced the injectors the power is gone and engine is stalling and running rough all ignition are fine fuel pump is fine filters are fine compression is fine plugs r fine the injecters r used did I mention that I didn't put them back n the same order they came. Out does tbhat matter should I get new injecters help please and thank you!

It doesn't matter what order you put them in, as long as they are injecting at the correct time. Since the old injectors were flooding the engine, there is a chance the catalytic converter is plugged. Have you checked that "
