How can I start my car when it has sat in the weather with no oil pan attached to it for over 6 years?

That is a long harsh time with no running, first of all get all the gas out of the tank use new and a fresh filter, then go under it and look up into the engine block and examine for dirt and rust and clean it out, then take off the head's and examine for rust on the cylinders or block, if there is it will have to be cleaned, and when its all good before firing it up, remove and ground the ignition coil then crank the vehicle for about 10 seconds to get the oil on it, then hook up the ignition coil and hope it starts.
