1994 Ford Tempo car horn

The car horn does not work. We do not have an owners manual. Could this be a blown fuse? If so, which one and where? Other than that, what other options do I have for repair.

yes it could be a blown fuse and your fuse box should be right by your left knee under the dash, if not then check right on the left side of the dash near the door handle, and if this is not the case then get a test light and check to see if your getting power at the horn, if you are then it may be the horn if not then it could be the horn button
