Front lower engine middle of car. Raise body with jack to access. I can take 1 out in 10 min. You didn't specify exact details of no start. May not be starter. You can remove and have tested by auto stores before purchase.

You can remove and have tested by auto stores before purchase. If nothing happens when you turn key, tap on starter with hammer and see if it works then. If so it has bad brushes. They cost about $15-20.
