I have a 92 tempo that is going to be used as a figure 8 car but I have a problem is the red button on the fuel pump shut off switch supposed to be up or down. I was going to start the other day and it was crankin but it wasnt getting any fuel or nothing so I thought maybe that the fuel pump shut off switch was activated the red button was up so I pushed it and it went down bout a quarter inch and stopped, and that did not make a difference at all, now the fuel guage is all out of wak. Plz help!

Check the integrated control relay module this is the one that powers the fuel pump thru the pink and black wire to the inertia and then to the pump-see below
