I believe the rear struts need replacing on a 1991 Ford Tempo. The car sits somewhat low in the rear and the top of the tires lean inward.
1.) Until the struts are replaced, is it possible to adjust the camber of the rear wheels?
2.) Will installing new struts correct the camber?

this is free help. sounds like you have a broken strut spring or the top of strut tower is broken out due to rustout! another possiblity is accident damage and strut is bent! or the crazy system that ford has for adjustment is whacked! look underneath and you will see 4 arms going from center of car to wheels that are adjustable. have fun. try a google search for tempo rear suspension alignment?
