1991 Ford Tempo

Should be right on the bottom/side of distributor right in front between engine and radiator. It's difficult to remove cause it may require a special socket/tool. The tiny bolts are at the bottom of long narrow holes in the plastic.I use a 7/32 deep 1/4 drive socket that I ground end smaller by chucking in my drill and spinning against grinder.
