Starting Problem

In the morning when I first start my 1999 Ford Taurus, 94000 miles, 3.0 it doesn't want to start. I try it four or five times then it fires right up. After the first start of the day it does not have any problems starting unless it sits for about six hours. Anyone know what maybe causing it?

Sounds to me that you are loosing fuel pressure due to bad check valve or fuel pressure regulator.

Turn the key on and leave for 5 secs, then off. Repead this 5 times and try to start, if it fires right up check the fuel pressure regulator!

Tried that it didn't work. Now my windshield wipers go on and off when ever they want. Do you think it could be a related problem
