Electrical Issues

My ford Taurus GL when you put it in gear the windows stop working, the delay windshield wipers don't work the rear deforst does not work. But when you put it in park everything starts back working. Thenn goes back out when you put the car back into drive. My Car is a 1996 Ford Taurus GL. My Egiine is a 3.0 liter
