1998 SHO motor mount?

1998 Ford Taurus Sho 3.4 V8 98,000 miles

The bolt that holds the motor mount to the frame came off and the motor mount stud lifted. Now I am having a hard time getting the stud back threw the bracket hole. The threds on the stud to the mount are fine. Is there an easy way to do this? It is the rear passanger side mount. Any info is great because I really do not want to take it to a shop to rip me off if it is some thing that I can do myself.

You can try to jack up the engine a bit to take the weight off
Try with a bar or screw driver to line it and drop the engine
