97 Taurus belt tensioner

Taurus, 1997, 82k, 3.0 not durec. How do I remove the serpentine belt tensioner. I can't seem to get to lower mounting bolt, I need to replace the head gasket because of water leak.

Far as I can recall it's just the one bolt in the middle of the arm, were the spring is loaded that needs to be removed. Take the belt off first.
