20063 ford taurus will not start in the morning, new starter and battery. HELP

Does it need to be jumped?
If so something is draining the battery
and battery drain test is needed to be done

No battery drain, electrical all works aftera few turns of the key it will start

Check for security codes and check ignition switch
make sure shifter in park (push on it up or down as you trying to start )
remove and isolate ignition key from the other keys if have any on your key ring

does it crank put will not start?
