I did some work on my car including putting in new distributor. My car looses compression and has blue smoke coming out of the exhaust. Someone tried to set the timing and thinks it could be a bad timing chain. Is possible it could be the timing chain? Do I need to take the distributor out and reset it? Should I be looking at something else. In the past, it has use a lot of oil.
