I have a leak that soaks the carpet on the front passenger side which occurs every time I have a heavy rain. It seems like it is up near the glove box / floor board. Can you let me know if there are any common leaks like this with my car or, if you know where the best places to look for this leak & how too fix,

Thanks.

Hello -

There are two recalls the Taurus that may apply to your vehicle. These two recalls speak of leakage due to the windshield. If it does apply to your vehicle then it may be fixed for free.

Contact the dealer service department and provide them your VIN and the below info.
