2002 Ford Taurus 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

Any help with were to start on this one would be great. 01 Ford Taurus, 6cyl. Been sitting in the driveway for 2 years, Battery has a full charge and passes a load test. When the ignition key is turned, all electric comes on, but nothing from the starter, no clicks or any atempt to turn the engine over. Where do I start trouble shooting this one?

Check to make sure the battery cables are clean and free of corrosion and tight on the battery.

Next step would be to try starting the starter manually by jumping the solenoid adn see if it starts.
