1996 Ford Taurus 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

ok I had my starter checked 2 times and both times they said it was good. Them problem is when I put it back on and turn the key all I hear is click noise if I get trying it it will turn the motor over slow I have a new battery and even tried to use a booster and still the same. Two days ago it was fine. When I take the starter off it is very hot and the motor hasnt been running. Please please help its driving me crazy thanks larry

Check and test the starter relay thoroughly

The fuel pump relay is in the constant control relay module
