When I turn my heater/AC control off the fan turns on high and blows on my windshield. In normal use every fan speed setting is higher than usual. Low fan setting is now med-high. This just started happening about a month ago. Any ideas on why this would occur?

Sounds like something in the control head is shorted. Remove it and look far any burnt wires or burnt plugs
