2002 Ford Taurus Blower switch

The blower switch is FRIED, locked up tight. How do I get the panel off the front of the dash so I can replace the switch?

There should be two black holes on each side. Insert a radio pulling tool in there and the dash should pop out

To remove radio you need special tools that look like this
