2001 Ford Taurus no heat, no air

Blower does not run. No heat and no ac. Besides relays and fuses, what else should I check?

Happened to my 03' wasn't the fuse which I had changed twice. Turned out it was the blower motor itself. It needed replacement. I heard it's a common taurus problem. Cost me a few hundred bucks. Somehow water got in to it? The whole thing had to come out.

Step 1 - A heater cannot operate unless the engine is full of coolant/antifreeze. If coolant level is low check the system for leaks.
