2001 Ford Taurus

This Taurus randomly kills when slowing. Dashboard lights all go on and then the car dies. Occasionally this happens at freeway speeds without warning, or a time or two the engines revs and then the RPMs go to zero. Sometimes the car restarts promptly and other times it takes 10-15 minutes of sitting before it will restart.

Suspect fuel pump
check fuel system pressure
when it stalls on you should be ready for test and test for spark and check fuel pressure
also do check for code s
