we have a lite that comes on on the dash when you reach 65 mph the books calls it a transaxel lite what would be the cause for it to only come at 65 mph but the car shifts fine and should i have a mechanic look at it or is there something i can do to fix this problem?

Should have it checked for tranny codes
Check tranny fluid ,level ,color and smell
Change tranny fluid and install new filter too
