2000 Ford Taurus no really hot air

When I star the engine takes awhile to heat the cabin but still is just warm ait but not hot what can be the problem the heater core ot the heater control valve and how to change either one of those?

Start by changing out the themostat and go from there

I change the thermostat 3 months ago and fill up the radiator with 50/50 nothing changed

Who knows the thermostat could be sticking open all the time-go ahead and check the heater core for blockage and the heater control valve
