Hello,
I went to get my emmissions done and my car wouldn't pass. They told me the diagnostic code for the problem was P0340 Camshaft Sensor A Circuit Malfunction, ( Bank 1 or single S) and another code that read P1309. Can someone help me figure this out?

Need to know the exact model of Taurus (there are 4) and the engine size to look up the codes (8th digit of the VIN# will be best)
