Yes, when driving it sounds like a remote control car. "Weeeeeeee". When car is in park, I open the hood and can determine the sound is coming from something that a belt is attached to.

Use a rubber hose as stethoscope to isolate the noise and let us know where it is coming from.

Possible areas would be alternator, water pump, A/C compressor, power steering pump and the drive belts.

If it is drive belts related, splash some water onto the belts and note if the noise level changes or goeas away.
