1999 Ford Taurus 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I HAVE REPLACE THE RACK&PINON AND THE PUMP BUT IT STILL LEAKS OUT.

Power steering system consist of rack and pinion ,pump ,high pressure line from pump to rack
low or return line and some have on it a power steering cooler (cooler is on the low /return side )
