1999 Ford Taurus part

I am trying to figure out what part this is. The guy at the auto part store didnt know. I lost the coolaint in my car tonight when a hose disconnected. Went to reattache the house and a smaller hose on top broke. Need to know what the part is called. I cant upload the picture if you respond I can send from my phone using my gmail. It looks like a t connector that connects the heater, air conditioner and radiator.

Pretty sure its gonna be a dealer hose, but aftermarket may have it.

What is the 8th digit of the VIN?
