MY CAR AACTS LIKE IT DOSEN'T WANT TO SHIFT OR CHANGE GEARS THEN MY RPM MAKES ME SOUND LIKE THE CAR IS ROARING WHAT COULD IT POSSIBLY BE. MY CAR JUST STOPPED RUNNING AND I CAN'T GET IT STARTED IS IT MY COMPUTER OR COULD IT BE MY STARTER.

Sounds like you need a TRS (transmission Range Sensor) It is on top of the trans at the shift shaft. Very low cost repair and easy. It is a common problem with the Taurus.
