A couple of weeks ago, I engaged my rear window defroster, but instead of it working I got a wiff of ozone. I repaced the fuse and the relay in the passenger fuse box, but it still doesn't work. The light on the defroster switch comes on but not the defroster. I want check the fuse box under the hood, but I don't know which fuse to check. (I bought this car used and did not get an owners manual foir it.) Please tell me which fuse to check under the hood and any other areas I can check. I have owned this vehicle since 2000 and the defroster always worked until now. I would also like to get an owners mnanual for it if you can suggest a source.
Thanks.

If defrost light coming on
this is an indication that the fuses and relay is in good working condition and would check the rear window wiring connectors and check for good ground
