1997 Ford Taurus Leaking Power Steering Fluid

Im leaking power steering fluid out of the rack I think. Ive checked all the lines and theyre dry. Would it be some kind of seal or something?

Check the inner tie rod end boot on both sides and if have fluid in it rack is bad and need to be replaced
