How difficult is it to remove the VSS

How difficult is it to remove the VSS housing?

Ok here is a pic of the VSS. You just remove the cable from it if you have a speedo cable then remove the one bolt and then twist and pull. Now this sensor isn't that expensive runs about 15 dollars so I would just replace it.
