1996 Ford Taurus interior lights

When the car is shut down, the interior door lights and the ones under the dash stay on. Not the dome light, just those. This has never happened before. I had to remove the fuse to stop the battery from draining. Any thoughts on whats happened? There is no door ajar light on, but it behaves as tho one is.

Try disconnecting neg batt cable for 30 mins see if it resets the bcm

The car also makes a humming noise when idleing by the belts. This cant be good right? :'(

Well maybe not that bad a humming would indicate a relay stuck find the relay that is humming and replace it may fix the whole prob
