Unless the oil pan is overfilled, it could be excessive oil pressure.

Measure OP with mechanical gauge.

Measure with mechanical gauge to see what pressure is, at idle and at 2000rpm.

COuld be a bad oil pump or clogged oil galley.

Remove valve cover and look for sludge build-up.
