1994 Ford Taurus Bracket

Engine Mechanical problem
1994 Ford Taurus 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 160k miles

Anybody tell me where this bracket goes? Its about 10 1/2" long both ends have 2 mounting holes 7/16" dia. Also one hole about 2 1/2 "l from one end and is 7/8" in diamenter. Came off of front of the engine. It's formed from approx 1/8" thick material. Black. If I had to describe a shape, it its a "J". Thanks, Bob
