I actually have a few questions. Just picked up this car on Craigslist, and a warning. I have almost NO mechanical knowledge. Of any kind.I'm basically retarded when it comes cars. But, here goes:
The battery light on the inside keeps blinking on and off, the car doesn't wobble or shake, and it currently has no radio but the lights all work. I am seeing if I can fix this. Also, the 2 back windows don't go down (all power windows) Also, when I purchased the car the seller informed me that there was a crack in the 'flex pipe", and i'm curious as to weather or not this could be affecting my gas mileage.I see no noticeable leaks, but it seems like I have to put gas in the car every other day, and I only live 9 miles from work and I drive on either a quarter or a half tank of gas. Thanks for reading.

Battery light going on and off, and the other problems you stated sounds like someone sold you a car they couldnt afford to fix. Lets start with the battery light. Go to your local parts store such as auto zone, or advance auto. They can test your alternator, and your battery. I would replace both on my own vehicle, but I also get parts at cost. As far as rear windows go, assuming u have the window lock disengaged on the driver door, then they may need window regulators, or motors. Flex pipe leaking will affect your gas mileage, and may cause an o2sensor to go bad, which can over time cause your cat to go bad. Are there any check engine lights on? Have then scanned at a parts store if its on.

Nope. None of the check engine lights are on. Just the battery flashing. And ya, the window locks are off. :) I will run it by autozone tomorrow and see. Thanks for the quick response.
