1993 Ford Taurus Muffler leaking

My 1993 Ford Taurus has not started for about a month it would turn over but not start we couldn't figure out what was wrong with we added new gas and it started but it was smoking really bad and liquid was leaking out of the muffler seam is it ok to run it or is something else wrong with it?

There wil be excessive moisture, especially in the cooler climates. Don't worry about it at this point. Run it and let it come to temperature.

Make sure the fluids look good and are full. Keep an eye on the temp gauge, just as a precaution til the fan comes on.
