Horn problem

I have a 1995 ford ranger 2 door
and my horn stop wroking
i opened my hood today and then my friend pushed the horn button on my steering weel and I could hear some clicking in the main fuse box thats in the hood
anyone have suggestions?
and where does horn located I couldnt find it

is it on the drivers side or passanger?
Because I have something thats making lots of noise when you go over bumps in the drivers side fender and I cannot find the problem
