3rd brake light

2003 Ford ranger FX4 Level II, 95000. My 3rd brake light don't work, I have replaced the buld and still nothing. What could it be?

The third brake light and the regular brake light have two seperate fuses, check owners manual for location of fuses check for blown fuse.
