I have a 2005 Ford Ranger with 12200 miles on it that was rolled into a ditch and the gauge cluster was ruined, so I replaced that. But from the time it rolled, to this day the cruise control and horn do not work. How can I fix it?

How much do you think a new clockspring would cost? And where exactly is it located?
