Both my cigarette lighter port and my 12 volt port are both powerless. I have tested them both with a light tester and the light did not go on. I replaced the fuse, and still no power. Is there anything else I can do or do I need to take it into the mechanic?

I believe there is a relay switch that goes along with the regular fuse, if they are ok then look for the ground, for them, they are most likely both on the same ground which is why they both arent working at the same time. Then I would consider, having the body control module inspected for a short
