2003 Ford Ranger Wont Start

2003 Ford Ranger 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Hi I just changed my battery and now the truck wont start. When I turn it over every thing lights up but it wont turn over at all. Please help!

Its the alarm security system try one of the two below if you dont have the remote for it disconnect battery and turn ignition key ON reconnect the battery
or use the key in the door lock and cycle the lock

Thank you very much that was it, I had a feeling it was the alarm, I had tried to start it using the wifes remote but just found out from her the batteries have been dead for awhile LOL.
