I just purchased a 2001 Ford Ranger. I love the styling and the truck was super clean.
Unfortunately on my first day driving it I noticed that it makes a thunking noise when I decelerate, right as I am braking. I also feel the same thunking when I pull out from a red light or begin to accelerate after stopping.

I just sunk my savings into buying this truck and I'm praying I didn't buy a lemon as I'm suspecting transmission problems.

Please help!
