Ok. I will start off by saying that this is a 2001 ford ranger 3.0 v6 2wd from Florida, and I reside in Thunder Bay, Canada. The truck is in perfect condition, nothing was wrong with it at all.

Now I was stupid enough to go and put the car through a car wash at -35C ( -13F) and as soon as I left the car wash the engine was running rough. I drove it to a buddies garage and checked all the plugs, the distributor, checked the engine sensors. But nothing has helped.

Its sounds like it might be misfiring, I should also mention that there is a gunpowder smell when the car is running.

If any one could help I would greatly appreciate it.

I cant afford to change everything, I'm 20, renting and going to college. So I would like to find the problem by process of elimination.

Btw, the exhaust really smells like gun powder
