2000 Ford Ranger Speedometer

My speedometer sticks from 55-60mph and then after that it gets better again. I have installed an aftermarket guage cluster background and I was just wondering if maybe I pushed the needle on to far and its hitting something or what? Thank You!

If it works all of the other times, I would say you are correct. It must be hitting something. You'll need to remove it and check it to see what is happening.
